"As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken. You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a new love for things an old one did. You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back.”

Basic Black

The weather was getting warmer, time for maxi skirt . This season is full of color and pattern skirts as well as pants. I saw them everywhere, H&M, Zara, For21: adorable flowery patterns pants and shorts.  Though, I still pull of my black maxi skirt from American Apparel because it feels so comfortable and it goes well with my hair, my Celine box bag. At any case, black maxi is still a must-have basic. This AA maxi skirt has multi ways to wear and style (as you know, any of AA item has lots of way to wear). I usually wear it as a skirt, a strapless dress ( style w a belt at waist),etc...Check out the varieties of color and dressing style of American Apparel full length skirt at AA website.

The photos were taken amazingly by my friend few weeks ago at Alamo Square , San Francisco. Now it’s all gloomy and rainy in the bay. I bought some colorful and polka dots pants yesterday and can’t wait until it gets sunnier to wear them.

Simple black maxi + white tee+ classic box bag = my joy in sun and wind of March~

PS: Our last stop was Chantal Guillon at Hayes Valley to get some heavenly yummy macarons, I would totally recommend you try Pistachio, Passion fruit, Red Velvet, Green tea, and Coffee . I used to come here when it was used to call Paulette. The owner is a nice , elegant French lady who speaks English with a French accent and I just love that fact, which is another reason for me to come here more often, to practice my French !
